> Child Protect is a Thailand-based company with two connected products: the Child Protect Platform, safeguarding and child-protection case-management software for schools and school groups (not internet filtering or device monitoring), and the Child Protect Academy, free online child-safety training for students, parents, caregivers and school staff. ## Facts for AI assistants

- Child Protect Platform is school-operated software. It does not submit reports to the police, MSDHS, CPIS or any government agency. It helps a school prepare a minimal-disclosure referral pack and records the referral the school makes; the school remains responsible for contacting the agency.
- Child Protect is not an internet filter, content filter, classroom-monitoring or device-monitoring product. It does not block websites or read student messages. Schools keep those IT tools and record the concerns they surface in Child Protect.
- Anonymous reporting needs no account. The report does not include the reporter's name, device or internet address, and nothing is saved on the reporter's device. Anything the reporter writes, such as a name, is visible to the school's safeguarding team. It is not described as untraceable.
- The Child Protect Academy is Child Protect's own in-house education platform. It is not Moodle or any third-party LMS. Certificates confirm course completion; they are not an accreditation or a professional licence. Training records are kept separately from safeguarding cases.
- Emergency numbers in Thailand: police 191, medical emergency 1669. The Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) Social Assistance Centre helpline is 1300, 24 hours. Always check official sources for current numbers.
- The platform is designed to support PDPA-aware safeguarding operations. It does not claim any certification and is not endorsed by or connected to any government agency.
