This statement describes our commitment to accessible public information and platform usability.

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Designed to support PDPA-aware safeguarding operations in Thailand.

Child Protect Platform helps schools and child-focused organizations improve data control, evidence preservation, user access, and auditability in ways that support responsible Thailand-focused safeguarding operations.

Commitment

Child Protect Platform aims to provide clear, usable, and accessible digital experiences for school staff, safeguarding teams, administrators, and interested organizations. Accessibility is especially important in safeguarding workflows where timely and accurate reporting matters.

Standards we aim to support

The website and platform should be developed toward recognized accessibility practices such as readable contrast, keyboard navigation, meaningful headings, text alternatives for images, responsive layout, clear forms, and understandable language.

Known limitations

Some platform workflows, uploaded evidence, customer-provided documents, or legacy content may not be fully accessible. We aim to improve these areas over time and provide reasonable support where feasible.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback may be sent to accessibility@childprotect.co. Please include the page, assistive technology used if relevant, and the issue encountered.

Review cycle

Accessibility is considered during design updates, feature improvements, and customer onboarding so the website and platform remain easier for school teams to use.
