Terms of Use

These Terms of Use describe rules for accessing the website and, where applicable, authorized use of the Child Protect Platform.

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Designed to support PDPA-aware safeguarding operations in Thailand.

Child Protect Platform helps schools and child-focused organizations improve data control, evidence preservation, user access, and auditability in ways that support responsible Thailand-focused safeguarding operations.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing the website or using the platform, users agree to use Child Protect Platform only for lawful, authorized, and safeguarding-related purposes. Additional customer agreements, order forms, data processing terms, and school policies may also apply.

Authorized use

The platform is intended for authorized organizations and users managing safeguarding, child protection, evidence, school administration, reporting, investigation, audit, and related operational workflows. Users must only access data for which they have permission.

Account responsibilities

  • Keep login credentials secure and do not share accounts.
  • Use onboarding and reset links only as intended.
  • Notify the administrator promptly if access appears incorrect, excessive, compromised, or no longer needed.
  • Do not attempt to bypass role, tenant, school, or evidence controls.

No replacement for safeguarding duties

The platform supports safeguarding operations, evidence preservation, and accountability. It does not replace the organization's legal obligations, Ministry of Education expectations, child protection procedures, reporting duties, professional judgment, emergency response, or duty to contact appropriate authorities where required.

User content and evidence

Customers and authorized users are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, relevance, and appropriateness of records and evidence entered into the platform. Evidence must be uploaded only through authorized workflows and must not be mishandled, disclosed, copied, or removed except under approved policy.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, maintained, monitored, backed up, or temporarily unavailable. Production changes should follow controlled backup, build, deploy, restart, health-check, and rollback practices.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law and contract, the platform provider is not responsible for customer policy decisions, misuse by authorized users, inaccurate records submitted by users, unlawful instructions, or failures by a customer to follow its own legal and safeguarding duties.
