A centre can receive a report. The school still has to keep its own record.

Thailand's Education Ministry has set up a Center for the Protection of Rights, Liberties and Safety in Educational Institutions, covering prevention, incident reporting, investigation and assistance. The government has also said that administrators who conceal incidents may face serious disciplinary action.

What does this mean for a school?

For a school, that makes one thing practical: being able to show when it was first told, who acknowledged it, who owned it and what was decided.

How Child Protect handles it

In Child Protect every concern carries that record, with a timestamp for each step, and the referral pack for the MOE Safety Center, the police or MSDHS 1300 is built from it.
