Child Protect Platform features
Child Protect Platform is safeguarding software for schools. It covers reporting, anonymous reporting, triage, case management, evidence, referrals to outside agencies, security and audit, in Thai and English. It does not filter websites or monitor devices; it manages the concerns people raise.
Quick answer
What features does Child Protect Platform have?
Child Protect Platform includes structured concern reporting, an anonymous reporting channel with QR codes, automatic escalation of critical concerns, case management, encrypted evidence storage with virus scanning, referral packs and a referral log for police, MSDHS 1300, social services and the Ministry of Education, two-factor authentication, role-based access, a full audit trail and a Thai and English interface.
Reporting and anonymous reporting
Capture concerns consistently, and give students and staff a safe way to speak up without an account.
Structured reporting
A guided report with immediate-safety questions first, topic, category and reason, and clear fields for what happened, who is involved and what was done.
Anonymous reporting by QR code
Each school gets its own link and a printable bilingual poster. No account is needed, and the form is available in Thai and English.
Follow-up without identity
A reporter receives a reference and a one-time secret key to read the school’s reply and send more information, without revealing who they are.
Urgent concerns and escalation
Serious concerns should not wait in a queue.
Automatic escalation
Reports in critical categories, such as self-harm, sexual abuse concerns and sextortion, are automatically marked Critical, as are reports where emergency medical help is needed.
Urgent anonymous reports
If a reporter says someone may be in immediate danger, the report is flagged, sorted to the top of the inbox and the reporter is told to call the police on 191.
Alerts without content
Safeguarding leads are emailed when a report arrives. The email contains a link only, never the report itself.
Case management and evidence
Keep everything about a case in one controlled place.
Case workflow
Reports move through draft, submitted, triage, investigating and closed, with assignment, notes, timeline and case export to PDF.
Encrypted evidence
Evidence files are encrypted, checked for integrity, scanned for malware and linked to the case. Authorised staff can add late evidence to open cases.
Full audit trail
Who viewed, added, changed or exported what, and when, is recorded and cannot be edited.
Referrals to outside agencies
Child Protect helps you prepare and record referrals. Your school makes the report to the agency.
Referral pack
A short letter and summary for police, MSDHS 1300, social services, the Ministry of Education or an embassy. You choose what is included. Internal notes, evidence files and the audit trail are never included.
Permanent referral log
Record who was contacted, how, when, their reference number and what was shared. Entries cannot be edited.
Security and access
Built for sensitive records.
Two-factor authentication
Staff sign in with a password and a code from an authenticator app. Recovery codes and administrator reset are included.
Role-based access
Seven roles control who can see and do what, so staff can report without seeing every case.
Schools and groups
Separate schools and tenants with clear data boundaries, for single schools and multi-school groups.
Thai and English
The staff interface, the reporting forms, the referral pack and this website are available in Thai and English.
Thai and English throughout
Switch language at any time. Anonymous reporters see the form in their language.
Common questions
