A complete child protection platform for schools.
Protect children before, during and after a safeguarding concern. Child Protect connects child-safety training for students and parents with safeguarding case management for school teams.
Quick answer
What is Child Protect?
Child Protect is a school child-protection and safeguarding platform that combines safeguarding case-management software with child-safety training for students and parents. It has two connected parts: the Child Protect Safeguarding Platform, which handles reporting, response and case management, and the Child Protect Academy, which provides child-safety education for students and parents.
Two connected parts of one ecosystem
Child Protect approaches safeguarding as a continuous lifecycle, not a single tool.
Child Protect Safeguarding Platform
Structured and anonymous reporting, urgent escalation, case management, evidence, chronology, referral packs and a permanent referral log, with an audit trail and two-factor sign-in, in Thai and English.
Child Protect Academy
Child-safety education for students, parents, caregivers and trusted adults, with video lessons, guided quizzes, step-by-step progress and completion certificates, at edu.childprotect.co.
The Child Protect Safeguarding Lifecycle
Seven stages connect education to response and back to prevention.
Students and parents learn about online safety, personal safety, boundaries, trusted adults and asking for help, through the Child Protect Academy.
Children, parents and staff learn to spot unsafe situations and warning signs earlier.
Concerns reach the school through structured reporting, or anonymously by QR code or link.
Serious concerns are flagged and escalated to the safeguarding lead, who triages and decides next steps, including referrals.
The school manages the case in one controlled record: notes, evidence, chronology, actions and an audit trail.
The school reviews what happened using the case history, the referral log and the audit trail.
Schools use what they learn to strengthen policies, procedures and the next round of training and awareness.
Protect before an incident
Safeguarding does not begin when an incident is reported. Education helps children understand unsafe behavior, helps parents recognize warning signs, and can help concerns surface earlier, so safeguarding teams receive better information. See the training for students and parents, and the Child Protect Academy.
Identify, report and respond
When a concern is raised, staff report through a structured form, and students and staff can report anonymously by QR code. Critical categories are marked Critical automatically, and urgent anonymous reports are flagged for the safeguarding lead. See anonymous reporting and urgent case escalation.
Manage, review and improve
The safeguarding team manages the case in one secure record with evidence, chronology and an audit trail, and prepares and records referrals to outside agencies. Schools can then review what happened and use it to strengthen policy and training. See case management and external referrals.
How this differs from other categories
An integrated approach is structurally different from tools that do one part of the job.
| Category | What it typically focuses on | What an integrated approach adds |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous reporting tools | Collecting reports | Managing the case afterwards, and education before it |
| School management systems | Records for administration and learning | Restricted safeguarding records, evidence and an audit trail |
| Behavior tracking systems | Recording and tracking student behavior | Child protection workflow and referral records |
| Government reporting channels | Receiving and handling reports within government services | The school’s own record of its concern, evidence and response |
| Standalone case-management software | Managing cases once they exist | Training that helps concerns surface earlier |
| Standalone training platforms | Delivering courses | A safeguarding workflow for when a concern is raised |

Who it is for
Thai schools, international schools, private schools, school groups and educational organizations. Child Protect works in English and Thai, so it fits schools in Thailand and in English-speaking countries, and additional Southeast Asian languages are planned. School leaders, safeguarding leads, teachers, students and parents each have a role in the lifecycle.

What is the difference between Child Protect and an incident reporting system?
An incident reporting system mainly collects reports. Child Protect also manages the case afterwards, with evidence, chronology, referrals and an audit trail, and adds child-safety education to help concerns surface earlier.
Does training connect with incident management?
Conceptually, yes: training supports earlier recognition and reporting, and the safeguarding platform handles the response. The two are separate tools today, and training records are not automatically linked to cases.
Can international schools in Thailand use Child Protect?
Yes. Child Protect is designed for Thai and international schools and works in Thai and English.
